Trying to learn lessons

I gained last week and likely gained this week.  I am finding out that the more stress I have the more I eat, which in turn increases my stress regarding my weight.  Ahh the vicious cycle of weight loss.

So here we are again.  Stressing and eating and eating and stressing.

I hope to be able to make it all clear to you guys here in the next several weeks.

Look for a review of some weight watchers candy in the next day or so.  I will also try to give you guys the attention that you deserve.  Thanks for hangin in there with me.

Sorry to hear you're going through a stressful time. At least you're aware that stess = eating for you. Hope you can get it under control.

Just stay in the game man... even if you're losing, just hang with it.

The gaining is temporary, hopefully like whatever is stressing you.

Can you find something else to substitute for eating to alieviate your stress? Believe me, I know that's far easier said than done.

Good luck.

I hope this can be a source of inspiration and encouragment for you in your effort to lose weight and get healthy. Mike Weaver, frontman of the band Big Daddy Weave, took on the challenge of losing 90 pounds this year. He's doing this with the help of two health & fitness experts to guide him along the way. Mike has been tracking his progress online with the hope that his successes and struggles will encourage others to live a healthier lifestyle. You can go to www.90in09.com to check out Mike's daily updates, find healthy living tips and idea, take on your own fitness challenge, and join the online community!

There is definitely a momentum to these things.

I hope things get less stressful for you soon.

Don't give up!
You can get this weight off. 6 months before I got the urge/motivation back.I gained back more than you have before I got pissed off at myself. Just hang in there! It's physical, but IMHO more mental. Get pumped/ get pissed / find whatever motivation it takes.
You have alot of people here for ya!
Pick a day! maybe after the superbowl.. Not much going on after that. And HIT IT HARD!! psyche yourself up..
