So I worked till about 8:30 or so last night and then because of the software installation we did I felt the need to be back in the office at 6:15 to make sure the early morning crowd was supported properly. Let me just tell you that 5:00 am is very early for me. I had a hard time getting out of bed.
So here I am this morning, peach yogurt and diet coke firmly in hand waiting for the caffeine to kick in.
This brings up a question for the viewing audience. When do you prefer to work out? I was a early morning guy before. I am not sure I will be this time around. I am curious to hear when you work out and why you choose that time.

I work out over my lunch break. I am fortunate enough to have my gym 1.5 miles away from me.
I wish I could be an early morning exerciser. I want to be an early morning exerciser, I really do. I just like sleep more.
I work out at night, 4-5 days a week, from 7:30-9:00. One perk of working out at night I've found, I hit the bed and don't so much as move until the alarm goes off the next morning at 6:30AM.
In the morning before work as I find it quite hard to workout at night.
I would love to work out in the morning but since I start work at 7AM and have to get the kids up and dropped off at daycare...it is not an option. I would have to be up around 430AM to get a 1/2 hour in. Finding the time and desire to work out after a long day at the office is hard sometimes.
